Curriculum

Ours is a CBSE English Medium school and we follow NCERT syllabus as per CBSE norms.

As per the CBSE rules, the CCE pattern i.e. Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation is followed by the school for the evaluation of the student. CCE refers to a system of school based assessment that covers all aspects of student's development. There won't be any timetable given for F.A. exams. Formative Assessments (F.A.) will be conducted in the class itself during the regular periods throughout the year. The main intention of the board is to reduce the unnecessary stress over the children. Different techniques will be used by the subject teachers to assess students e.g. Oral work, Assignment, Activity, Class tests, Open book test, Practical, Elocution, Debate/Group discussion, Project & Presentation, etc. There will be Summative Evaluation (SA) at the end of the each semester which will be typically written exams, with timetable being provided in advance. Along with this assessment for scholastic subjects, the Life skills and Values developed in student will also be assessed through the co-scholastic evaluation. The role and the responsibility of the parents and the family is equally important to make the child equipped for the new evaluation method.
