Admission Rules
A child can apply for admission through Offline / Online mode for classes U.K.G. to XII
1. BIRTH CERTIFICATE-
2. Original Birth Certificate from the Panchayat / Municipal Committee /Corporation will have to be produced at the time of verification/ submission of the form.
3. PHOTOGRAPHS-
A latest family photograph of father, mother and ward to be uploaded on the registration form.
Latest Passport Size photographs (3 nos.) of the ward are also to be submitted.
4. AADHAR CARD- A photocopy, of the child’s as well as parent’s Aadhar Card, is to be submitted.
5. Electricity Bill /Gas Connection photocopy needs to be submitted.
6. Medical
7. Progress card of the previous class.
Admission to Class XI:
Admission will be purely on the basis of marks obtained at the Secondary School Level of CBSE/ State Board.
Admission to Other Classes:
Subject to availability of seats. Admission to all other classes will be granted on the basis of a written test.
Transfer Certificate:
Students migrating from other states should submit their Transfer Certificate, Migration Certificate and Progress Report Card from their previous school.
NOTE:
1. Registration makes a child eligible for interaction only, it does not guarantee admission. Incomplete form may be rejected.
2. Original Birth Certificate of the selected candidate will be retained by the school at the time of admission.
3. The fee and other charges once deposited will not be refunded. The Caution Deposit will be refunded on leaving the school.
4. Date of Birth (as on Birth Certificate) will not be altered later.
5. Spellings of the name of the student or parents, once registered, will not be altered.
6. Due consideration for admission will be given to the children of Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) families asper the provision of the RTE Act.
